Our motivation

The Pragser Tal valley is one of the most impressive natural destinations in the Dolomites and attracts many visitors, especially during the summer months.

As its popularity grew, the valley increasingly reached its limits during peak periods—particularly in terms of traffic, safety, and the balance between nature and human use.

To protect this sensitive area and ensure a better experience for everyone, access is now regulated at certain times. This creates a more peaceful atmosphere in the valley and enhances the quality of the nature experience.

The UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Dolomites also benefits from this form of conscious visitor management.
